Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)

Abdominoplasty: This 37 year old lady had a gastric bypass 6 years ago. She underwent an “Abdominoplasty” in combination with liposuction of the hips, flanks, and axilla (bra area).  The Abdominoplasty allowed for removal of the skin overhang along with tightening of her abdominal muscles. She had a breast lift in the same setting as part of her mommy makeover procedure.
