Breast Revision

Breast Revision: This 37 year old mother of 2, presented with Grade II ptosis (advanced droopiness) following a previous breast augmentation 12 years ago. The patient underwent an exchange of breast implants from 300cc Moderate profile saline implants to 405cc high profile silicone implants along with a circumareolar mastopexy (breast lift). The patient went from size “C” to a “D” Cup size. She also had an abdominoplasty with liposuction of her hips and flanks.
