Breast Revision

A 35 year old lady who presented with bilateral capsular contracture (dense scarring) in her breasts along with droopiness. The patient desired to be a cup size bigger. Her 425 CC sub-glandular silicone implants were exchanged for 550 CC high profile sub-muscular silicone implants. The scars around her old implants were cleaned up (capsulectomy) and a circumareolar breast lift (mastopexy) was carried out. The patient had a tummy tuck along with liposuction to her hips and flanks in the same setting as part of a \”mommy makeover\”.
