Breast Revision

BREAST REVISION: A 46 year old lady who presented with bilateral capsular contracture (dense scarring) in her breasts along with Grade II ptosis (advanced droopiness). The scars around her old implants were cleaned up (capsulectomy) and 425CC implants were placed in the sub-muscular position for augmentation, a vertical breast lift (mastopexy) was also carried out to address the asymmetry of her breast.
