Breast Lift with Breast Augmentation

BREAST LIFT WITH AUGMENTATION: This 41 year old lady presented with Grade II ptosis (advanced droopiness) and the desire for larger breast. A 500CC Silicone Implant was placed in the Sub muscular position and a Circumareolar Mastopexy ( Breast Lift) was performed. The patient went from size “B” to a “D” Cup size. The patient also underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction to her hips and flanks as part of her “Mommy Makeover”.
