Breast Enlargement: Infra-mammary Approach

INFRA-MAMMARY APPROACH: This 38 year old lady underwent bilateral breast augmentation using silicone implants through the infra-mammary approach. A 500cc high profile implant was used on the left side and 475cc high profile implant was used on the right side to achieve symmetry. These were placed Sub-muscular
