This 35 year old mother of 3, wanted to address the skin overhang of her stomach, in addition she desired larger breast. The patient underwent a Breast augmentation with silicone implants using 450CC’s bilaterally.  She also had an abdominoplasty with liposuction of her hips and flanks.
