This 37 year old mother of 2, presented with Grade II ptosis (advanced droopiness) following a previous breast augmentation 12 years ago. In addition, she wanted to address the skin overhang of her stomach. The patient underwent an exchange of breast implants using 405cc high profile silicone implants along with a circumareolar mastopexy (breast lift). The patient went from size “C” to a “D” Cup size. She also had an abdominoplasty with liposuction of her hips and flanks.
